By the grace of god we made it!

Scheduled to leave for Orlando at 12:15 today and we got to the airport with plenty of time to spare….EXCEPT we went to the Portland Maine airport instead of the Portsmouth NH airport where our flight was leaving from! So we hauled butt and somehow we made it with zero minutes to spare!!

Now to relax and head to warmer weather!!!

Our family has an ongoing tradition that I absolutely love—Santa photos in matching jammies every year. 🎄🎅🏻 It’s one of those things that marks the start of the Christmas season for us and makes my heart so happy looking back at the photos year after year.

This year, though, it looked a little different. Our oldest has officially decided that matching pajamas and Santa photos are “not cool anymore.” But our two smallest proudly carried the tradition on, showing up in their adorable PJs and fully embracing the magic.

It’s a little bittersweet watching traditions evolve, but it’s also so sweet seeing them live on in new ways. Soaking up these moments while we can—because I know I’ll miss them someday.

Snow falling in Maine today, and all I can think about is how different next week will feel. I don’t mind a cozy winter day here, but knowing I’ll be trading heavy coats for sunshine and quiet mornings in Florida at our second home makes it a little easier to enjoy.

I love having the contrast—being here for the seasons, then getting a reset in the warmth. This snowy view just made me extra grateful that a little sun and slower pace are right around the corner.

I’ve been really focused on personal development lately—not just in business, but in every part of my life. So on the plane to Florida yesterday, I asked my husband a vulnerable question:

Lately, I’ve been using my drive time differently — not just to get from point A to point B, but to grow.

This morning, while heading to a customer meeting for my 9–5, I’m listening to the audiobook “Go For No!” for Network Marketing… and it’s shifting my whole perspective.

The idea behind the book is powerful: success isn’t about chasing yes — it’s about being willing to hear no over and over again, and not letting it stop you. Because every “no” is actually bringing you closer to the next “yes.” The people who succeed aren’t the ones who never get rejected — they’re the ones who don’t let rejection stop them.

I used to avoid the word “no” like the plague — in business, in conversations, in taking risks. But learning how to go for no has helped me build resilience, confidence, and a healthier mindset around failure and growth.
